What
is it all about?
Grease traps, or other vessels designed
to trap solids (interceptors) require that these accumulated solids be
removed at regular intervals. Grease traps, such as those found in
restaurants and supermarkets, as well as larger outside grease traps,
are effectively maintained with this service. Maintenance schedules are
developed by evaluating factors like: size of the interceptor, type of
business, service history and hours of operation.
Frequently Asked
Questions:
What sizes/types of grease traps
does Drain Shooter service? Indoor grease traps are serviced
using portable vacuum equipment. This equipment requires floor level
access (no stairs). Larger interceptors are serviced using truck mounted
vacuum equipment and require vehicle access within 150 feet.
I've heard that there is an odor
while grease traps are being serviced. Can I schedule my service for
after hours? Yes. While our equipment does feature an odor
control exhaust, the grease trap itself may sometimes give off some
odor. Drain Shooter recommends performing the service during off-hours.
